I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of the medieval city, surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the staff went out of their way to assist me. However, the rooms need some maintenance as there were issues with the WC cover, the safe, and the air conditioning control.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony and a great café latte. The service is kind and helpful, although a bit tired and reliant on translation programs. The location, while slightly tricky to navigate due to street numbers, is excellent for visiting beautiful Orvieto via funicular. The dining experience provides a basic but sufficient buffet. Overall, good value for money.
